Givers is thrilled to announce the addition of Sanjay Khurana to our advisory board, bringing a wealth of experience in addressing one of the most pressing issues in modern society: enhancing care for aging older adults and empowering family caregivers. Givers is known for helping family caregivers get paid by connecting them to government programs. Our platform significantly reduces the challenges in accessing vital benefits, simultaneously alleviating the mental and emotional stress associated with caring for loved ones.

Sanjay's illustrious career spans a range of roles in product development, innovation, and strategy across diverse sectors, including digital health, consumer technology, media, and communications. His experience leading companies from Fortune 5 giants to dynamic tech startups makes him a valuable asset to our team. Notably, his tenure at CVS Health involved spearheading product development and strategic initiatives to address older adults' health needs through innovative home-based interventions. This work has been pivotal in transforming the concept of independent living for seniors.

The financial aspect of caregiving is a critical concern that Givers aims to address. Sanjay highlights this, stating, "Financial strain exacerbates an already emotionally challenging caregiving situation. Givers is confronting one of the most significant issues in family caregiving – the rising costs of care." He adds, "I am honored to be part of the Givers' mission to assist unpaid family caregivers in effortlessly accessing impactful benefits dollars and unlocking financial savings to support their caregiving journey."

Sanjay's background includes a significant stint at AARP, where, as Vice President of Caregiving Products and Services, he managed P&L, led product development, and formed strategic partnerships. His role as Director of Innovation and Thought Leadership was instrumental in developing Innovation@50+, AARP's market innovation initiative aimed at improving life quality as we age. Currently, Sanjay is an investor-in-residence at the Techstars Future of Longevity Accelerator and an advisor to several innovative startups.

The compensation of caregivers is gaining increasing attention in today's aging society. Many family caregivers often find themselves in financially precarious situations, juggling the responsibilities of care with their own financial needs. Givers recognizes this challenge and is at the forefront of developing solutions that financially relieve these unsung heroes. Our platform not only offers access to monetary benefits but also educates caregivers on how to navigate the complex landscape of caregiver compensation.

Max Mayblum, founder and CEO of Givers, expresses his enthusiasm, "Sanjay naturally blends his extensive experience with his passion for innovating in the caregiving space, making him an exceptional advisor. We are incredibly fortunate to collaborate with Sanjay as we develop a novel product and model to revolutionize the caregiving experience."
